Punjab Instruction Establishment (PEF) advances free and quality training through Open Private Organization (PPP) under Punjab Training Establishment Act 2004 through the arrangement of projects, for example, FAS, EVS, NSP which are non-business non-benefit in nature. PEF is making a considerable change in remote regions of Punjab through free of cost tutoring for under advantaged/hindered.
